Furia Consulting Ltd Refund Policy
Cancellation by Furia Consulting Ltd.
Furia Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training program, event, or course.
In the event of cancellation by Furia Consulting Ltd., the registered attendee will receive a full 100% refund of the paid fees. Alternatively, at the attendee’s request, the fee can be applied towards one of the next three scheduled training programs at no additional cost.
Cancellation of Attendance by the Registered Attendee
(Classroom & Online Training)
100% Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the payment date, provided the training date is not within the next 14 days.
85% Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the training event (a 15% processing fee applies).
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the training event.
Rescheduling by Furia Consulting Ltd.: If a training program is rescheduled by Furia Consulting Ltd., the attendee may opt to attend the rescheduled program at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via email from the registered email address used to purchase the course. Please send refund requests to info@furiaconsulting.com. If purchased or enrolled physically, you may request the refund through the above email or submit an official request in writing at our offices.
Please include the date of purchase, course name, order ID, and transaction ID in your request.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

Rescheduling Policy
Furia Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule any training event.
If a training event is rescheduled, attendees may:
1. Receive a full refund if the new dates are not suitable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
2. Opt to attend another training session scheduled at a more convenient date and location within the same country. The attendee must inform Furia Consulting Ltd. at least 7 days before the upcoming course.
3. Nominateareplacementtoattendtherescheduledcourse.Thisnominationshould be communicated at least 3 days before the rescheduled date.
Rescheduling by a Registered Attendee
- If a registered attendee needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the following fees will apply:
1 : 10% Rescheduling Fee: For requests made 7 or more days before the original course date.
2 : 50%ReschedulingFee:Forrequestsmade5daysbeforetheoriginalcoursedate.
3 : 75%ReschedulingFee:Forrequestsmade3daysbeforetheoriginalcoursedate.
4 : No Rescheduling Allowed: For requests made less than 3 days before the course date.
The rescheduled course must be attended within a three-month period from the original class date.
All rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before the commencement of the upcoming course.
Rescheduling Procedure
